I prefer working where business expertise is not separate from the code, but becomes an understandable part of the architecture. BPMN, Kogito and Drools help make processes and decisions visible, testable and adaptable.

On the backend, I work with Java and Spring Boot; on the frontend, with pragmatic React integration. In modernisation work, I focus on clear transitions: understanding existing systems, reducing risk and connecting new building blocks cleanly.

I use AI agents as tools for analysis, implementation and review. The decisive factor is not novelty, but whether they improve quality, speed and traceability.
